Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and use every feature for 7 days. You only add payment details when you choose a plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your dashboard locks until you choose a plan, and background syncing pauses. Your data is kept, and syncing catches up on everything you missed as soon as you subscribe.
If I subscribe during my trial, do I lose the remaining days?
No. Subscribe whenever you’re ready. Your first payment is taken when your trial ends, not when you sign up.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change plans any time from the billing portal, which you can open from the Billing page in Revloy.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing portal from the Billing page and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you can resume before then.
Where do I find my invoices?
Every invoice and receipt is available to download in the billing portal.
