Terms of service

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of Revloy, the reporting service at revloy.com (“Revloy”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Revloy.

The service

Revloy connects to your Twilio account through Twilio’s API and turns your message, call, and usage logs into reports. Revloy is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twilio Inc.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about your account and billing.

Connecting Twilio

By connecting a Twilio account, you confirm that you’re authorized to do so and you allow Revloy to read its logs and usage records on your behalf. Revloy only reads data. It never sends messages, places calls, or changes your Twilio account. You remain responsible for your Twilio account and for complying with Twilio’s terms.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of 7 days with every feature included. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, access to reports is paused until you subscribe.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • If you subscribe during your free trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause access until your payment method is updated.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Revloy to break the law, to access Twilio accounts you aren’t authorized to use, to interfere with the service or other customers, or to attempt to reverse engineer or overload it.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Reports reflect the data Twilio provides through its API and may differ from your official Twilio invoices, which remain the authoritative record of what you owe Twilio.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Revloy running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we’ll give reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Revloy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use Revloy after changes take effect means you accept them.
